By using Micron Refinishing services you agree with:
*We guarantee we will do professional job, use professional equipment and safe for health cleaning products.
*Area to be cleaned must be vacuumed and empty(if client wants to clean under) prior to the technician`s arrival. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
* Technician will not move any furniture or items more than 30lb or which is in a bad condition and might be damaged as result of moving. Technician will inspect the area and point on problematic areas.
CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
1 – STAIN REMOVAL – We will do the best possible to remove your stains, however we cannot guarantee success as some stains might be permanent or there might be discoloration.
2 – EXCESS SPOT REMOVAL – If your carpet contains a large number of spot stains an additional charge may apply. Our technician will discuss this with you before commencing work.
3- HAIR – Hair must be vacuumed / removed from the area to be cleaned, otherwise additional charge may apply. If the client isn`t willing to pay extra charge for that, we don`t guarantee hair removal.
4 – Paint/glue or other non-organic spots removal is a subject for additional charges which will be discussed with client prior cleaning.
TILES AND GROUT CLEANING / FLOOR WAXING
1 – The area to be cleaned should be empty of the furniture and other items, otherwise additional charge may apply.
2 – Micron Refinishing provides only cleaning services, which means we do not apply new grout and don`t guarantee the floor looks like new, however we do clean it until there is no dirt left.
3 – Floor protection/sealing/waxing is not included in cleaning price and a subject for additional charge, if not discussed differently with a team member.
1 – The RENTER shall keep and maintain the rented equipment during the terms of the rental at his own cost and expense. He shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair.
2 – The RENTER shall pay the OWNER full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment which is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put it into the same condition it was in at the time of rental.
3 – The RENTER shall not remove the equipment from the address of the RENTER or the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment without prior written approval of the OWNER. There is an administrative fee of 250 CAD for breaking the paragraph 3, which must be paid in full while returning the equipment to the OWNER.
4 – The equipment must be returned by 4 p.m. the day indicated as “Return date”, otherwise the RENTER must pay at full all expenses caused to the OWNER by the absence of rented equipment.
Should you wish to cancel or skip any scheduled cleaning appointment, please provide Micron Refinishing with a minimum of two business days (48 hours) notice prior to your scheduled appointment.If we do not receive adequate notice the following cancellation fee will apply:
• Within one(1) business day (24 hours) you will be charged 25 CAD extra.
• We will charge a cancellation fee 100% of your scheduled service, if you cancel upon arrival or no one is on the premises within 15 minutes after technician arrived.
SATISFACTION, DAMAGE AND MONEY BACK
We promise to do the job right, professionally and to your full satisfaction. Once the job is done and technician left the premises, the job considered as done. All client`s mistakes in providing the right instructions to technician regarding the job, will not be considered. Micron Refinishing does not offer money back. Micron Refinishing isn`t responsible for any damage reported after 24 hours after technician finished the job. To report the damage please email – firstname.lastname@example.org

We service areas 20 km from Toronto east, west and north. If you live further or not sure if your area is serviced, please us and ask before obtaining any voucher or deal. Depending on your area some extra charge may apply for travel in addition to indicated in deals/vouchers or other promotions.
